Thursday, November 8, 2007 - Very nice enrty level Pinot. Cherry and raspberry on nose. Palate still quite fruit-forward, with toasty and floral notes, soft spice. Good with herb breaded chicken cutlets with parmesan, but really at its best with camembert cheese on crusty baguette. Maturing well , but does not seem to be approaching "over cellared".
