Sunday, December 3, 2023 - At Wu's Wonton King. Wonderful syrah, the way it ought to be. Smoky and saline but with a dense core of fruit as well. Dense tannins on the back end give this extra structure. This is a fantastic expression of mature syrah, and I'm so glad to have been able to try a non-corked bottle.
