Monday, January 15, 2018 - Decanted for about 2 hours. Was very hot before sitting. Cork broke up on removal and was almost fully saturated. Herbal notes of thyme. Leather. A little mustiness or mushroom character, but blended in well. Tannins very pleasantly light.
