Sunday, May 8, 2022 - Nose of tar and rain

Palate is wildly fresh cherry Smokey dark cherry intense balsamic and rosemary and blood orange

Wildly weird and complex

I honestly didn't enjoy it a great deal but I found it extremely interesting and difficultly beautiful
