Tuesday, May 30, 2023 - The wine showed an evolving tertiary quality but without the diminution of fruit over a hour. Still vibrant red current, hibiscus tea, sour cherry, with a forest floor, mushroom broth, and ferrous undertone. Impeccable and lingering finish.
