Saturday, April 23, 2022 - Decanted for about 90 minutes to accompany our amazing ribeyes, Neither disappointed 😋 !!!

After having them in my cellar for 10 years, I was not disappointed. The dark fruit came though incredibly along with a slight presence of tannins that made this meal amazing from top to bottom.

I have three more bottles left and I look forward to and hope that the last three are as good as this one.

I can see this wine lasting for another year but I don’t know that I want to tempt fate.
