Wednesday, June 12, 2019 - Five winos excellent adventure , mostly in Burgundy; 6/7/2019-6/15/2019 (Beaune, France): Beautifully detailed nose displaying pure sweet black fruit, blackberry, blackberry liqueur, a hint of licorice, spicy spices and limestone. Gorgeous sensual palate, very finely layered pure black fruit, fluid and almost weightless, perfect amount of acidity and mineral and a seamless long pure black fruit driven finish. Despite being primary, incredibly complex and delicious.
