Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Green bell pepper, some black olive, but mostly just earthy, green and unwelcome flavors. I have yet to have a 2011 from Congruence that I have liked, but I have enjoyed every other vintage. Maybe it’s me, but the flavor profiles have been similar in each wine I have had from 2011.
