Sunday, May 21, 2023 - Winemaker dinner with Giuseppe Vaira (RPM Steak - Chicago, IL): Incredible concentration and power here with so much still rich, ripe and fresh fruit. Florals and spice are still quite fresh adding a youthful complexity to the wine. Fine tannins and structure are softening but still proportional the fruit. Upside from here.
