Saturday, April 6, 2019 - Powerful, most typical Southwest red. Dark, intense nose of cassis, ink, garrigue. Full bodied, with an intense palate, dominated by ripe cassis, roast aromas, herbs, menthol, balsamico, tar, tea and vegetable notes. Long umami finish. Impressive. And an excellent pairing of our lamb tajine. Drink now and for another five years.
