Wednesday, January 3, 2024 - MY, what a few years can do for a bottle of Nebbiolo! Wine was a rustic red of medium intensity. Nose was full of dried flowers, as was the taste. The wine had a nice mild tobacco flavor as well. Finish was all about fine dry tannins that lasted for minutes. This is why I love old Nebbiolo!
