Sunday, September 1, 2019 - Straw yellow colour. Nose of citrus fruit and flint with hint of honey. Rich mouth feel with a lovely balance of citrus fruits, chalk, smoke and just a hint of salinity. Fresh balanced acidity throughout.
A medium long finish with a touch of oak. Linear but not austere.

Excellent wine with meaty fish or roast chicken.
