Tuesday, January 10, 2023 - Allowed to breathe in glass 1 hour. Clear deep dark garnet color. Notes of dried black and red cherries and their liqueurs; leather, sandalwood, dark baking spices, porcinis, dried meat, stony soil, hints of balsamic, soy, and tobacco. Full body, seamless, good balance, pleasantly tart and tannic.
