Friday, September 16, 2022 - Showing much younger and with a higher amount of extract than the Saint-Pierre we had against it. This can age for another ten years without issue. The fruit is still alive and kicking, the tannin is substantial and there's more density on the palate. Almost no tertiaries yet. Very good but will get better with a bit of patience.
