Monday, March 20, 2023 - My WOTN at the tasting event. True to Sociando's aromatic signature, with light cloves, some cherry ( the light red ones), and herbs, thyme in particular, fresh acidity and medium length supported by nicely integrated tanins. It has a nice and mouthwatering minerality and seems in its prime window right now, and will be probably another 5-10 years. Wonderful.
