Monday, May 1, 2023 - Popped and poured. As expected, a bit austere at first. Perhaps because it was too cold when I opened it. However, as I drank it over the ensuing two hours, It definitely loosened up and drank much better. It is still plenty alive. has good color, and the nose is fruity and flashy, showing off the warm vintage. It is not incredibly complex, but it is a nice mouth full of juice. good length on the finish. Certainly seems capable of another five years at least. 5-12-16-8: 91/100.
