Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Pleasure to revisit this vintage after 2 years, still at a development stage. With structure it is showing it should be singing for another 10+ years. Made from a blend of 55% CS, 40% Merlot & 5% CF. Intense fragrant and complex aroma of plums, cassis, vanilla, toasted herbs, dry figs, dry leaves, tobacco, strawberry, incense and green pepper hints. Medium+ body, lively and juicy structure, pleasantly tangy, earthy dried fruit flavours, toasty & chocolaty hints, med+ acidity, medium+ structured fine tannins.
