Tuesday, December 6, 2011 - Deep almost opaque red/black - smoky, oaky, savoury, cedar nose - palate is big, extracted, but still focused and tasty - nice berry fruit, a bit drying but tasty - Bordeaux, v ripe, but within acceptable boundaries - showing its northerly locale in this vintage.
