Monday, December 11, 2006 - Wow! Out of the bottle, it was tight with that SM greeness. I let it breathe for 2 hours, then coffee, blueberries, fudge emerged with the greenness in the background. Mild vanilla, sweet tannin and an extremely long finish. It kept gaining complexity. I didn't want the bottle to end!
