Wednesday, April 25, 2012 - Better than last time as the fruit settled down enough that the structure is showing. Dark garnet color, nose of sweet currant. Medium body and a little fat. Plummy flavors with a notiiceable mineral edge. Finish is short-medium, with noticeable heat. On the simple side.
