Saturday, July 21, 2012 - Opened the night before and my wife had a small glass- put cork in and into the refrigerator- took to dinner the next night and the wine was absolutely lovely. Nose was gorgeous perfume of cassis and blackberry and the wine drank like soft luxurious velvet as it caresses the mid palate.
