Saturday, April 7, 2007 - 375ml. Inital nose was very minerally. Small sip after 60 minutes in the glass - very tight and green, only sour cherries came across. After another 45 minutes, this wine really came around. The sour eased up to just cherries; combined with cocoa and black fruit. Finish still a bit short and tannic. Definitiely needs more time and I'll wait!
