Friday, June 21, 2013 - Ready to go right now, although for the first 15 minutes it was hard as nails on pop and pour. You should decant it anyway as it needs filtering with its ton of fine sediment. Rich cassis, cedar box, smoky coffee, and leather. Really tasty. 91-92
