Tuesday, March 11, 2014 - Popped and poured, drunk alongside a 03 Malescot. The good news: both wines drank very well. The bad news: 2 fine Bordeaux drank well at age 11. This vintage is evolving very rapidly. Not falling apart yet, but needs to be drunk sooner rather than later, next 5 years or so.

This wine was medium bodied, smooth, with red and black fruits with some pleasing funk. Good wine, best of this yet, but will not make old bones
