Sunday, January 18, 2015 - Moving along at a glacial pace. From a 375, opened on Friday, the wine was tight, fully structured with rich fruit that I had to battle the tannins to get to. Half the bottle was recoeked, put in the fridge till Staurday afternoon. I got it out to drink later that day, got busy, and finally went back to it Sunday night. It had blossomed!! Rich cassis, black fruits with no hint of the "green pepper" taste some SM have. A beautiful wine.
