Saturday, April 25, 2015 - Dark garnet with a hint of lightening at the rim. Nose is dark fruit -- plum and cassis -- with spice, tobacco,leaf, and cedar. On the palate, dark fruit at the fore with notes of charred wood and a hint of tobacco. A bit short on the finish and not as good on day 2.
