Sunday, June 21, 2015 - Dried cherries and nice cedar notes on the nose. Cherries, earth, and vegetal notes on the palate. The tannins are still quite firm, even with 2+ hours in the decanter. This seems like it's waking up from a dumb phase. The nose is much nicer than the palate. I will wait four or five years before opening another bottle in hopes the palate comes together more.
