Monday, March 27, 2017 - Sweet dark fruit on the nose with a bell pepper note. Rich mouth feel, deep, dark, a little spicy. Moderate tannin. Acidity holding it together. Good finish. This wine is more power than finesse and I'm ok with that. Probably improves for another 5 years, but I have no idea what happens after that (as with most of the 2003s)
