Monday, October 30, 2017 - Nose offers up sea air, damp wood, smoked tobacco and some saddle leather. All hints of good things to come. But no… tannic palate brings olive brine, salted meats and some veggies. Fruit is extinct. In its place is a vacuum in space acting as the mid palate. The finish is cut off at the knees, the wine just evaporates. Quirky and unsatisfying
