Wednesday, August 22, 2018 - Opened for a hour and decanted for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It drank well after that. This is the second bottle of a case. The first bottle (from a good while back) was a great drinking experience, but took an over the top decant. Will look to drink this one more frequently now.
