Saturday, July 27, 2019 - Next to the '83 this was a youthful and dense buck. I love that the bell pepper notes don't get lost in the ripe, but not at all roasted, fruit. Fun now but this will be better in 10+ years as it matures and sheds some of the fruit richness.
