Saturday, September 14, 2019 - Decanted for two hours but opened up after only 30 minutes. Powerful aromas of cough drops and roasted green peppers. Fragrant dark cherries in the mouth with some residual heat. Still primary for the most part but secondary characteristics of smoke and leather starting to emerge. Will need more time to develop fully though very drinkable now.
