Saturday, January 23, 2021 - Popped and enjoyed over two days. Whiffs of green pepper and marked by tannin on day one. A touch rustic for my taste. I put the cork in the top put the bottle in the cellar. The wine emerged more suave with classic Bordeaux cedar on the nose along with integrated cassis fruit on the palate. A classic wine that surpasses the vintage. I will try to wait 5 more years for my next bottle as I believe this wine will continue to improve and integrate in the bottle.
