Wednesday, November 24, 2021 - Decanted and followed for about four hours. Took three hours to open and gain some weight. Nose of green pepper foliage, cassis, and sandalwood. Palate much the same with a beautiful undertone of sweet black raspberry. Melting tannin and a lengthy, sweet finish. Really nice bottle. Delicate complexity better expressed on its own than with food.
