Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Initially quite tannic and bitter, it opened up beautifully with a three-hour decant. Rich blackberry fruit with green pepper, leather, cedar, herbal notes. Not especially complex, but harmonious and balanced with potential to develop further and plenty of years ahead of it.
