Wednesday, February 14, 2024 - Wonderful wine tonight for Valentine's Day! Still a good bit of life left on this one as the bubbles were still fine and the flavors were a little bit of butterscotch, marzipan, and plenty of oak on the nose as well. A beautiful wine after 18 years of life and I would most likely drink up in the next 1-3 years.
