Tuesday, November 10, 2015 - Medium-lighter depth, medium dark, showing some development, bit of mushroom, good acidity. Perhaps a bit farther along in development than I'd prefer for a decade old Cornas, drinking well now and will likely continue to improve for quite a few years.
