Monday, January 22, 2018 - This needed a couple of hours in the decanter. It's chthonic, with blood and iodine flavors dominating over classic syrah fruit. Not quite mature, and finishes with a structured but not overt framing. It's not flashy, but I like this a lot and expect it will only get better.
