Saturday, February 2, 2019 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind Northern Italian Wine (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Blind tasting, small glass, brief note. We knew French, easily identifiable as Rhone. Maturing black cherry with black pepper and enough barnyard to make this interesting without detracting too much from its enjoyment.
