Saturday, February 10, 2018 - Reticent on the nose. Could have used more air than I could offer it. Savory and herbal with impressive depth. It’s charms are subtle but persistent and undeniable. Seems I drank my trio with a span of about 5 years between them and given the progression, wish I had a couple more over the same timeframe.
