Saturday, March 31, 2012 - Still very dark with slight bricking on the edges. Mature aromas of currant, mint, tabbaco, cedar, saddle leather, and a slight barnyard that faded within a hour. A full bodied wine with a viscous soft palate feel. Still lots of fruit, bright acidity, and lovely tannins. Medium length on the finish. Should last another fifteen years.
