Sunday, February 18, 2024 - I didn't decant this before drinking and should have! Initially it tasted of alcohol. The label reads 15.5% and I think if showed that alcohol even after it had opened and dark red fruit showed up. It seems well crafted and should improve with more time in the cellar.
