Sunday, January 10, 2021 - Let the bottle breath for some 30 minutes, probably on the short side. Dark red ruby wine with awsome aromas. Dark red and black fruits, wood and 'cellar' notes. Good fruit taste and good balance, and soft tannins. Long aftertaste. We enjoyed this with a Norwegian christmas fish dish (Lutefisk) and this was a very good match (unfortunately the fish was not all that great, but can't blame that on the wine )
