Monday, January 25, 2021 - Part bottle by Coravin.

With haggis for Burns Night.

Similar to before, lovely balance here between the elements. Alcohol not too evident, fruit, acidity and tannins all in harmony. Right in the drinking window.

EDIT : Finished the bottle the following week. Coravin has adverse impact by stirring the very fine tannins I think. Let it settle. Not as good as first half. Flat, less fruit, less interest and intensity.
