Saturday, August 30, 2014 - The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon-green colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity simple aromas of neutral green fruits (green apple, pear), citrus (lemon peel) and pungent spices (white pepper). The wine is dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium body. It has medium(+) intensity flavours of of neutral green fruits (green apple, pear), citrus (lemon peel) and pungent spices (white pepper). The finish is long.

It is a very good quality wine. It has a nice fruit concentration, a lingering finish, and it shows a nice overall balance between all structural elements. However it could be more complex. Drink now, not intended for ageing, the fruit will fade and the wine will become sour.
