Saturday, December 14, 2019 - Celebratory bottle from sealing a hire and recovering my bills. Deep ruby color. Pronounced heady nose of black fruit, chocolate and coffee. Dry, soft acidity, smooth tannins, taste of blackcurrant, black plum, chocolate, coffee, mushroom, full bodied. Good balance. Medium long finish. An outstanding bottle that gets the balance between power and elegance right.
