Thursday, April 20, 2023 - #2 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2015. This anniversary wine did not disappoint. This deep purple wine had medium notes of blueberry, dark fruits and cinnamon in the glass. On the palate, the wine imparted concentrated blackberry, plum and hints of mocha finishing with notes of cigar box and mineral/graphite. This full bodied wine had medium acidity, smooth tannins with high alcohol and a long finish. Wonderful.
