Saturday, March 28, 2015 - I realize it's a little early to be opening a bottle, but I bought a case and I like to see how it develops over time. It opened with black fruit on the nose, and mild spice on the palate. I was surprised that it was over 15% abv because it was not overpowering. There was a great amount of black fruit, espresso and cedar, with very little tannin showing. Long finish. So little tannin that I wonder how well it will hold up over time. Looking forward to finding out.
