Sunday, December 6, 2015 - It was my birthday, so I thought I would open something special. This is a great wine, but way too young. It needed/deserved a long decant, which it didn't get. The bones are amazing, and I think that given time this will pretty much be a perfect wine. I think it deserves at least a decade I the cellar.
