Sunday, September 9, 2018 - What a wine! If you want to buy wine from USA but you prefer the old world profile look no further. 100 percent Cabernet but it drinks more like a Bordeaux style blend. Not excessively sweet or jammy like most domestic cabs, this is perfectly balanced. Aged in 100 percent new oak, this wine just is beginning its early drinking window. This wine yet again affirms my opinion that Columbia valley wines are drinking better than Napa Cabs at a better price point. Paid $185 at a local wine store, worth every penny.
